Domaine de la Pepiere Muscadet Sevre et Maine 2011
 The Muscadets from Marc Ollivier are some of the best wines in the appellation. They are delicious and fresh in their youth and yet age-worthy as well. Pepiere Muscadet is made with care and left on the lees for an extended period of time to accentuates the wine's inherent crispness and add complexity. The grapes are hand harvested from organically grown vines and exposed to only naturally ambient yeasts. This is a classic wine for oysters, but it would also be delicious with shrimp, lobster, crab and seafood.

Petite Bourgeois Sauvignon Blanc 2011
 Henri Bourgeois is a very important producer in Sancerre. His single vineyard Sancerres fetch commanding prices, but this little gem is made from younger vines. Think of it as declassified Sancerre and you can't go wrong.
