Georg Albrecht Schneider Sauvignon Blanc Trocken 2018 (Rheinhessen, Germany)

We know what you're thinking, Sauvignon Blanc from Germany? YES. This is actually the second dry Sauvignon Blanc from Germany we'll be stocking and it's like drinking sunshine is a glass. It also happens to be high scoring with a Best Buy designation. If you like the sound of white grapefruit with super fresh acidity, this wine is your new bestie.

Azienda Santa Barbara Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi (DOC) 2018 (Marche, Italy)

Wow, wow, wow. This is a great little wine brought to you by beloved importer Kermit Lynch. At less than $12/bottle after discount, this wine is a real gem. Roast chicken anyone? YUM.

"This traditional Verdicchio - as green and crisp as it sounds - is vinified in cool, stainless-steel tanks and bottled with the gentlest spritz of naturally occurring carbon dioxide to minimize sulfur use. If bitter lime notes from more familiar grapes like Grüner Veltliner and coastal Vermentino appeal to you, this low-alcohol, youthful bianco will readily rinse your palate clean and complement delicate fare like crudo and Meyer lemon risotto. Its subtle, chalky texture that reminds me of much pricier French Chablis." (Importer's Notes)

Dog Point Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2018 (Marlborough, New Zealand)

Fans of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc rejoice. This one is ripe and round and ready for sipping on the deck.

Henri Dosnon Champagne Brut Selection NV (Champagne, France)

Now this is exciting! First of all, to find an outstanding "grower" Champagne at this price is unusual. Small production, hand-harvested and absolutely stunning. At less than $35/bottle after discount you should scoop this one up by the case. This wine hasn't been affected by any tariffs so yay for that!

"Mostly Pinot Noir, with 10 percent Chardonnay, this brisk wine has the fresh red blush of apple skins. Cantine Valpane Rosso Pietro Barbera del Monferrato 2017 (Piedmont, Italy)

"Deep, rich aromas of blackberry, plum, coffee and spice introduce this polished red. The palate has hints of spices and black cherry with a clean, firm finish. There is no fining or filtration of this wine, and only indigenous yeasts are used. A dark garnet robe leads to a deep, earthy fruit nose and a palate loaded with bright, spicy Barbera fruit and smooth tannins followed by a deliciously perfumed finish."
